This 16-story condominium tower was completed in 2004, under a fast-track design process. LDA was brought into the process by Heller Manus Architects under a design-build arrangement with the Owner’s selected general contractor. Already under construction, LDA assisted the design architect with both design detailing and constructibility con-cerns, in close cooperation with the the general contractor and their subcontracted design-build team. Located on a small, irregular site in San Francisco’s South-of-Market, the project sits on the cusp between offices and the burgeoning high-density Rincon Hill residential area.
